In the event that your item tarnishes, breaks or looses any stones, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

RETURNS

If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us in its original packaging up to 14 days after the date you receive the item.

Finding the perfect fit first time can be difficult, that's why you can exchange an item for a different size up to 14 days after the date you receive it.

EU Customers

Customers from the EU will not be charged, all taxes, customs and duties fee are included.

Care

It is important that you take care of you new purchase to keep it as dazzling as the day you got it. Basic cleaning can be performed with a non-abrasive microfibre cloth.

As jewellery goes through everything you go through, scratches and dents are expected signs of everyday wear but it is best to always protect your jewellery from knocks, abrasions, chemicals, direct sunlight and heat/cold.

Below is outlined our instructions for caring for your product:

Remove jewellery when showing, bathing or swimming in salty/chlorinated water.
Never expose jewellery to cleaning products or solutions.
Remove jewellery when performing physical exercise/work including housekeeping or working out.
Avoid letting jewellery come into contact with perfumes, makeup or creams.
Keep away from extreme temperatures.
Inspect jewellery for loose stones or signs of excessive wear on a regular basis.
