Terms & Conditions

Congratulations on your recent purchase! We are confident that you will be satisfied with your new jewellery, that's why we offer a 12 month warranty with every purchase. This warranty document outlines the terms and conditions of your purchase and provides information on how to make a warranty claim if necessary.

WARRANTY PERIOD: Our product comes with a limited warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace any parts that are defective due to materials or workmanship at no charge excluding the cost to you for package and delivery.


  1. REPLACEMENT: Each item ordered comes with a one-time replacement, provided the conditions outlined below are met. No further warranty is offered on replacements.

  2. PACKAGING: Returned items must be packaged securely to avoid damage or loss during return postage to us.

  3. REGISTRATION: Your product is automatically registered upon purchase and the purchase date will act as the start date for the warranty. By purchasing an item through us, you agree to the terms laid out in this agreement. 

  4. NORMAL USE: The warranty only covers the outlined defects that arise from normal use of the product. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect. Necklace chains are not covered against breaks unless the clasp mechanically fails.

  5. MAINTENANCE: You must follow our care instructions to keep the product in good working condition. Failure to do so may void the warranty.

  6. PURCHASE: This warranty is only offered to customers who have purchased items through or No warranty is offered through third-party sites.

  7. LIMITATIONS: This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use, loss of earnings or loss of profits.

  8. RECIPIENT: Replacements can only be sent to the original purchaser of the item.

  9. CERTIFICATION: For items that are certified, you must retain all certificates and documentation provided to you, by us pertaining to the authenticity of the item; failure to produce such documentation may result in your warranty being void in the event you make a claim. 

  10. RESERVATION: We (RENEISSE) reserve the right to void any warranty claim we believe to be disingenuous or that we believe does not meet the terms laid out in this agreement.  

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM: If you believe your product is defective and covered by this warranty, please contact us using the form below. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement. You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the product and the product must be returned to us within 21 days of initiating a warranty claim.
